The Grampian Association was formed in 1969. The purpose of the organization is to preserve, protect, beautify, and improve Grampian Hills as a residential area. Our nine member Board operates using the by-laws that were developed when the Association was created.
The Grampian Hills Development dates back to 1927 with a focus to create a residential community of charm and distinction. There were strict building standards to construct a home in the development that included: style/design, the house architect, the landscape architect, plot plan, drawings, storage buildings, basement, construction materials, roofing, heating, garages, and lot size. The original site plan is located in City Hall in downtown Williamsport for the public to view.
The residents of Grampian Hills enjoy a country like setting with quick access to the City of Williamsport and surrounding areas. There are currently over 90 homes in the development.
